1. The Blueprint Session — $100 Initial Consultation Donation
Before you bring in a single contractor, let’s talk. This one-hour session is designed to help you get honest feedback on your vision—what’s possible, what’s realistic, and what it might actually cost. We’ll walk you through our process and help you decide whether your project is worth pursuing.
Best for: Homeowners in the early stages who don’t want to waste time or money.
Your fee supports a local Marion charity—we believe in giving back from day one.
2. Design & Guidance Package
We’ll help you choose materials, map out your vision, and connect you with trusted trades. You’re still in charge of the project—but you’ll have us in your corner making sure things stay cohesive and realistic.
Best for: Clients who want a designer’s eye and a plan, without full project management.
3. Full-Service Project Oversight
You dream it, we help make it happen. From layout concepts to material sourcing to communicating with contractors, we handle the details and guide the build so you don’t have to.
Best for: Busy homeowners or those who want a streamlined, stress-free renovation experience.
